COVID-19 Information
In consideration of the global COVID-19 situation, Bergen Pediatric Therapy Center is taking preventative and preparative measures to ensure the health and safety of our clients, therapists, and communities. As such and in line with New Jersey and CDC guidelines, we have new safety protocols in place including the following:
- All individuals must have their temperature taken upon entering the premises (anyone reading over 100° will be asked to leave)
- All adults must wear masks
- Children are requested to wear masks but are not required to
- Children must wash their hands before and after sessions
- Hand sanitizer is available office-wide
- Sessions are one-on-one with no others in the immediate vicinity
- Therapists are required to wear masks and gloves
- We are leaving 15 minutes after each session to sterilize and clean all used equipment
- We re-arranged the furniture to practice social distancing in our waiting room
- Parents can choose to wait in their cars if they are more comfortable doing so
- We have implemented Smart UV-C Sterilization Lamps in all rooms
We will continue to follow local, state, and government government guidance. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this important matter and we appreciate you for helping us to keep Bergen Pediatric Therapy a safe and sanitary environment. If you have any questions, concerns, or comments, please feel free to contact us. Thank you.
